  • Hi Amanda! I have been pitching for about 4 years now and iv’e always thrown a palm change up, but it has gotten to fast. I have tried the circle, knuckle, and back handed but they are either to fast or slow. I have been throwing the knuckle lately (two fingers) but they have been making my fingers go raw. Is there any other change up I can throw? I want to try to find that perfect change up for me before the season starts ( about 2 weeks it starts) Thanks!

    • Keep playing with those ones you listed! They are the ones that I know, too!
